Q: Do you support muliple sub-domains on a single account?
A: Yes, as many as you want, within reason (ie, it doesn't require hours of setup time). If your needs are unique, please contact Fasthold Inc. to negotiate a fair rate.

Q: Do you support domain aliasing?
A: Yes, please see above answer.

Q: What if need software that isn't installed, or a newer version of software that is?
A: With that caveat that it does not comprise a security risk to the server or other users data, it will be installed at not additional charge. If you require scommercial software (an Oracle database for business use for example) you would just be responsible for the licencing fee; installation and maintenance is still free.

Q: What if I need more disk space?
A: Fashold Inc.'s cost to install more is per 10GB is $3.00, per month. If the server has enough that that you need can be proviced without buying more, the cost would be 30¢ per additional GB. If more has to be installed, the minimum increment is 10GB, so you would be charged $3 extra a month (and receive the full 10GB it purchased of course)

Q: What happens if my website uses so much of the servers resources (like RAM, or CPU), it impacts other customers (this is very rare and has only happened once)?
A: For a website that large, it may be worth considering purchasing a dedicated server, or paying for a the servers resources to be upgraded. The cost for that generally runs between $30.00 and $60.00 a month. There are many options. Please contact Fasthold Inc. to discuss what would be the best option.

Fairness is one of the core values for Fasthold Inc. The idea is to provide everything possible for the base $5.00 cost. Any additional costs Fasthold Inc. incurs on your behalf is just passed along withough markup.
